Research Fellow

Kestrel Lab is looking for a research fellow interested in ML Systems or LLM reasoning. The candidate should ideally have good software engineering skills - proficiency in Python and C as well as familiarity with tools such as version control, dependency management, and containerization. Prior exposure to CUDA/Triton programming is a strong plus. The RF will contribute to one of the lab’s active projects and will be expected to produce publishable research.

This is a 1-year appointment, similar to pre-doc positions at research labs. Remuneration is Rs 70k-80k per month (based on experience) plus conference travel support. To apply, please email with CV to pankaj dot pansari at plaksha.edu.in
